•  Appointments are required for bridal and mothers gowns;

         we are unable to guarantee entry with walk in visits

• Prom walk-ins are welcome; wait times may apply

• ​ Our private bridal rooms accommodate up to 5 guests + the bride

         New appointments are 1.5 hour long, second visits are 1 hour,

         gown pick up or styling is 30 minutes.  ​

• ​ Mom, prom & all formal wear appointments are 1 hour

• Please arrive with only the number of guests you have booked in

• Outdoor shoes are not permitted ;

       please bring your cozy slippers or socks to wear inside the boutique

• Cancellation; please call us and do so a minimum of  24 hours in advance so that another bride may take the slot

• Arriving late; your appointment will be reserved for 15 minutes and will allow for a shortened appointment

• Your appointment will be forfeited if you are arrive later than 15 mins

        (you may call us ahead of time to inquire about flexibility) 

 Our guest limits are based on the size of our private rooms ,fire and safety.
