Masks are MANDATORY by law and must be worn at all times during your visit.

 

  • The number of guests will be limited to 30% usual capacity

  • We have private appointment rooms that can accommodate 1, 2 or a max of 3 guests

      (The room that accommodates 3 guests books up very quickly, so call ASAP if you would

       like to book a room suited to 3 guests 

  • Please arrive with ONLY the number of guests specified in your booking

  • Please remove your shoes and ensure that you and your guests have socks or slippers to wear during your appointment

  • To practice physical distancing, we will ask only the bride to accompany their consultant when viewing the gallery and selecting gowns to try on 

  • A strict cleaning, sanitation and disinfecting protocol will be executed between every appointment

  • We have purchased a commercial HEPA Filtration system that removes unwanted particles from the air. The air is replaced 6 times every hour!

  • If you are feeling generally unwell or are experiencing any COVID related symptoms you will not be permitted entry - please call or email to reschedule your appointment

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Please be considerate of your appointment time

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us and do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that another bride may take the time slot

To request an appointment please provide the following information:

  • Reason for your visit ? Wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, placing an order, etc.

  • What day and time are you looking to come in?

  • What is the wedding date or event date?

  • How many guests are you planning to bring? Max. 3

  • Your phone number?

  • Your email address?
